As clinical trials become increasingly complex with a growing pressure to build and execute studies as quickly as possible, getting a study set up and running quickly is paramount to success. We continually work to enhance iMednet’s user experience and we frequently discuss the platform’s ease of use, intelligent build tools, efficiency, and intuitive functionality. All of which enable our customers’ independence.

However, behind all that, our platform is backed by a stellar professional services team with real-world experience to effectively support clinical research projects from start to finish as needed. Our support services range from turnkey to more hands-on study builds and ongoing support. Because we deliver solutions for all types of initiatives (from early phase to registries) across all major therapeutic areas, expertise is key.

We’re pleased to recognize these experts behind the scenes – from the words of our valued customers and colleagues.

This week, we’re proud to share appreciation for two Mednet implementation consultants – Evan Pape and Timothy McComas-Bussa. Both have shared their technical expertise with our life science customers for over five years while supporting the unique needs of a diverse range of clinical research studies. Their attention to customer relationships and outstanding service is well-described here by our long-time customer, Sandy with Solace Therapeutics.

Optimizing Clinical Trials: Delivering More Value Through a Seasoned Partnership

At Mednet, we view each customer relationship as a partnership and extension of our team – sponsors and CROs alike – where we can learn from their unique needs and evolve our technology accordingly. Over the years, our customer relationships have helped us innovate and evolve the iMednet platform, optimizing the core EDC module, and adding or enhancing new features and modules, like Randomization, Inventory / Trial Supply Management, Payments and more.

Our recent partner story, “Optimizing Clinical Trials: Delivering More Value Through a Seasoned Partnership”, details our relationship with one of our long-term CRO partners, SDC, and how we’ve collaborated to evolve the iMednet platform to meet the evolving requirements of clinical research studies and the needs of research teams around the world.
